MedicaRelax Payment Policy

Before payment, you are required to provide your billing information details wich must be the same as appears on your bank statement.

1. Card Payment using secured transaction link.

-Payments can be made with VISA/Master Card/ American express, Devit Cardd and Klarna

2.Bank transfer.

3. Paypal.

To preveent any fraudulent orders and to verify the billing informations we may request some additional information to be sent to us via email.

Waranties

Please note that the waranty are personal to the original purchaser and valid only in the origial country.

For customers who have purchased MedicaRelax products from other retailers, we advise them to first contact their vendor for any warranty enquiries. MedicaRelax does not have any visibile record of those purchases and warranties would therefore be invalid without confirmation by the retailer.

Protection from MedicaRelax's warranty does not cover the following: deterioration due to natural use, errors caused by customers, damage caused accidentally and destructive forces of nature. Additionally, any service work done by a personnel that is not authorized by MedicaRelax will result in voidance of warranty policies, whether legal or commercial.

We always strive to provide our customers with the best quality products and services. Thus, all electrical items come with a limited two years commercial warranty for both local UK and European clients, covering parts and technical support.

Within 14 days with proof of purchase you may return the product for a one-for-one product exchange or a refund. After the 14 day period repairs will be arranged. Please see our full Returns Policy for details of how to return your product.

Items should usually be returned to the original place of purchase at client's cost.

Post Waranty Period

After your product's warantiy expires, we can still assist with repairs, but this will be supported by the customer.

If the repairs requires a visit to customer's location, an upfront payment is required.
